DearProudy operates as an online store using Print-on-Demand services provided by Qikink. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by Qikink from their facilities.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order on our site.

3. Products & Availability

  • All products are made-to-order and may vary slightly in color, size, or print from the display images.

  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions or prices are error-free, but we strive to ensure accuracy.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are listed in [currency, e.g., INR/USD] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • Accepted payment methods: [list payment gateways used via Shopify].

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and sent to Qikink for printing and fulfillment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, customs clearance, etc.).

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order ships.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers may result in Return to Origin (RTO) and additional re-shipping costs.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color selection.

  • Defective, damaged, or misprinted products are eligible for replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and/or unboxing video).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, text, graphics, and images on our website are the intellectual property of DearProudy or its content creators.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DearProudy and Qikink are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

  • Product use is at your own risk.
