Orders & Payments
4. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, select the size and color, click "Add to Cart," and complete checkout.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments via Shopify’s secure checkout.
6. Can I change my order after placing it?
We can only make changes if your order has not entered production — contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
7. Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
9. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–9 business days after production.
10. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link to follow your package.
11. What if my package is delayed?
Delays can happen due to courier or weather issues. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated time.
12. What if my package is lost?
If the courier marks your order as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We’ll replace it free of charge if reported within 7 days with photos/unboxing video.
