1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and sent to production once payment is confirmed.

Production time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery within India: 5–9 business days after dispatch (may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays).

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size or color selection

Change of mind after purchase
We only offer replacements for:

4. Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos/unboxing video showing the issue.

Once approved, we will reprint and ship the replacement at no extra cost.
5. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If the courier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund.
